Technical Product Manager

The Role

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for data solutions, managing teams to execute and deliver on visions vital to business units.
• Translate business needs into initiatives with well-defined requirements by working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data analysts, and engineers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop analytic solutions, balancing impact, cost, timeline, and analytic risks.
• Champion a culture of transparency, fostering impactful documentation and a product-led mindset.
• Drive the integration or application of advanced technologies, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Develop and manage end-to-end roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and implementing change management strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in data product management or related roles, with a focus on data products and technology projects.
• Proven track record in driving product vision from roadmap conception to launch.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong grasp of data management principles, including data modeling, governance, and compliance.
