Job Description
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to manage, configure, and maintain key COTS and SaaS applications across enterprise environments.
Key Position Details

Location: Lansing, MI (Must be located within 2 hours of Lansing)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week from Day 1 — No remote-only option)

Core Responsibilities
-
Install, configure, and administer systems on Windows & Linux platforms.

Support Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and SaaS solutions.

Gather business requirements, recommend solutions, and diagram architectures.

Ensure system security, manage firewalls, and remediate vulnerabilities.
Key Skills & Tech Stack
Must-Have Technical Expertise (5–7+ Years):

Operating Systems: Windows Server (2016+), Linux RHEL (7.0+)

Middleware & Web Servers: IIS, Tomcat, MS SQL Management Studio

DevOps & Scripting: PowerShell, XML, Azure DevOps, Visio
-
Security & Networking: SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), Firewalls, LAN/WAN, Vulnerability Remediation
-
Monitoring: Dynatrace or similar debugging/APM tools
Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise (3–5+ Years):

Azure Cloud Services: Implementation & configuration

Modern Deployment: Containerization & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
