Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rules Developer for a contract position in the Atlanta, GA area. 
The role involves leveraging decision management solutions to enhance decision-making processes in an automotive lending environment. 
Responsibilities include writing rules, developing decision strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
Experience with decision management technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Leverage decision management solutions to optimize decision-making processes.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement decisioning capabilities.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of implementation, including configurable features and system workflows.
Distinguish between configurable elements and those requiring vendor support.
Enhance automated testing approaches for decision strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science preferred.
3-5 years of experience with decision management solutions.
5 years of experience in consumer credit originations.
Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional partnership.
Experience with Agile methodologies and processes.
