Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and coordinate closely with the client servicing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and generate new business leads for event management, corporate events, and related services.
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social platforms, and in-person visits (Filed work).
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, share lead details, and support conversions.
  • Attend meetings, events, exhibitions, and client sites for lead generation when required.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/lead tracking sheets regularly.
  • Represent the company professionally and communicate value propositions clearly.
  • Support sales campaigns and marketing activities to enhance lead quality and reach.


Requirements

  • Proven understanding of sales and lead generation, business development, or a similar role (event industry preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Comfortable traveling to client locations, events, and field visits.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team.
  • Good understanding of event industry trends (added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
