Senior Technical Program Manager

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager between Home Office technology teams and field offices. This role involves building trusted partnerships and facilitating discussions with key stakeholders. The position is centered on leading technology initiatives for field offices with a strong focus on consultation, planning, and ensuring successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager between Home Office technology teams and field offices, building trusted partnerships and facilitating discussions with Managing Directors, Managing Partners, Technology Specialists, and high-producing offices.
  • Lead field office technology initiatives, including Zoom Room deployments and room scheduler upgrades, focusing on consultation, planning, stakeholder coordination, and successful field adoption.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent field-impacting programs across networking, security, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, endpoint modernization, and AI initiatives while maintaining organization, communication, and execution discipline.
  • Dedicate greater than 50% of capacity to field-facing work, maintaining a calendar that prioritizes office consultations, deployment planning, and installation activities.
  • Demonstrate advanced project and program management capabilities, document processes, and develop playbooks.

  • Strong familiarity with field operations.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Confluence.
