Job Description

We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Yuba City, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits 

Position Overview:

As a Remote LMFT, you will provide virtual therapy sessions to clients residing in California using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. You'll have the autonomy to manage your caseload and schedule while receiving full administrative support and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth
  • Conduct clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to support clients through a variety of mental health issues
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our secure EHR system
  • Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in optional case consultations and trainings
  • Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as set by the California BBS
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of California
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • Previous telehealth experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual communication tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Cultural competence and a commitment to serving diverse populations
  • Must reside in California or be willing to work with California-based clients only
