The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinic routine for youth patients.
• Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, reinforcing individual and group therapy themes.
• Provide essential crisis intervention support to patients.
• Lead therapy groups focused on topics like relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and coping mechanisms.
• Offer therapeutic support during mealtimes for patients with eating disorders.
• Participate in a regulated shift system to ensure continuous patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator) or Heilerziehungspfleger (Social Worker for People with Disabilities).
• Ideally, previous experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a genuine passion for working with young people.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families.
• A proactive attitude with an eagerness for continuous professional development.
