Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support administrative management initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, R, Python, and SAS.
  • Perform development and data-related activities in database environments such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure Synapse, or similar database platforms.
  • Assist with the support, administration, development, and maintenance of the Tableau environment, including associated public-facing dashboards.
  • Perform development and/or support activities for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using methodologies and practices such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps.
  • Develop and recommend data-focused strategies that add value to the organization, improve business processes, and promote operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze data, and deliver effective reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Document analytical processes, technical solutions, dashboards, and data workflows as needed.

 

Required Skills

  • Tableau Development and Deployment – hands-on experience developing, publishing, deploying, and supporting Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Database Principles and Design – working knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, database design, SQL, and relational database environments.
  • CRM Development and Support – experience supporting and/or developing solutions within CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
  • Data Analysis – ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Business Analyst Skills – ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Communication and Documentation – ability to explain and document complex technical concepts, analytical findings, and business processes to a variety of audiences.

Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable:

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
