Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud data warehouse, data lakehouse, and enterprise analytics projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, resource plans, budgets, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple workstreams across data engineering, data integration, cloud infrastructure, reporting, and analytics.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and project status reviews.
• Oversee the implementation and enhancement of cloud data platforms, including data ingestion, transformation, data modeling, and consumption layers.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead legacy data warehouse modernization and migration initiatives from platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Netezza, or on-premises Hadoop to cloud solutions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience.
• 5+ years managing Snowflake or cloud data platform initiatives, data migration, ETL/ELT, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise data warehouse, data engineering, ETL/ELT, and analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, SQL, data modeling, data integration, and cloud data ecosystems.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Snowflake certification or equivalent platform expertise.
• Experience with data integration and orchestration tools like dbt, Airflow, Informatica, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automated data pipeline deployment.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise analytics platforms
