Job Description:
- Warehouse and Inventory Associate
- Client is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a hands-on operational environment where efficiency and teamwork are essential.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
- Load and prepare outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
- Track inventory and assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
- Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environment.
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience with barcode scanners and inventory management software.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Inventory control and asset tracking experience.
- Experience supporting technical equipment or hardware environments.
- Experience in high-volume or rapidly growing operational environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
- Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
