Sailpoint IIQ Architect

Location: Sydney

Job Description

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to support identity and access management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions including installation, configuration, and application onboarding.
  • Create and configure entitlement catalogs, roles, reports, rules, and tasks for identity lifecycle management.
  • Develop custom connectors, workflows, dashboards, and work items/approvals in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Configure and maintain LCM, events, and workflow processes.
  • Provide UNIX/Linux scripting and programming support (Java, BeanShell, JDBC, XML, Web Services, shell, Perl, Python).
  • Perform system upgrades and patches, enhancing functionality per new releases and business requirements.
  • Assist offshore and operations teams with development, requirement analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify applications for onboarding and ensure alignment with business processes.
  • Deliver documentation, training, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications
  • Experience onboarding applications with full technical integration.
  • Experience integrating HR systems and Active Directory.
  • At least 2-3 SailPoint IIQ implementations.
  • 1-2 years of development experience in any programming language.
  • Deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ components, architecture and configuration in standalone and clustered mode.
  • Good experience with installation & configuration of SailPoint IIQ in standalone and clustered mode.
  • Ability to implement technical solutions that meet all functional/non functional requirements with minimal customization.
  • Leadership ability in overall SailPoint IIQ product configuration and implementation.
  • Proficiency in developing workflows, custom connectors, out of the box configuration.
  • Capability to integrate enterprise or in house developed applications with SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience configuring account access recertification/delegation in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience customizing the SailPoint IIQ user interface per business needs.
  • Experience generating standard or customized reports per business needs.
  • Client facing experience and managing client relationships.
  • International client experience.
  • Experience with Sailpoint Identity.
  • Good experience managing client relationships.
