Job Description:

 

•    5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
•    Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce metadata API.
•    Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
•    Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and best practices.
•    Experience working in Agile development environments and using DevOps tools like Git and SFDX.
•    Experience with AI tools including Github Copilot and Microsoft Copilot
•    Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
•    Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other front-end technologies.
•    Familiarity with Salesforce testing frameworks and automation.
•    Understanding of governance limits and performance optimization techniques.
•    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions.
•    Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
•    Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components      (Aura/LWC), and SOQL.
•    Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and other tools.
•    Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
•    Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
•    Implement Salesforce security and sharing rules to ensure data integrity and access control.
•    Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution design, data models, and release notes.
•    Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools.
•    Support and maintain existing Salesforce applications and perform regular system updates as required by Salesforce releases.
•    Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
