Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead our enterprise AI strategy, drive innovation and deliver next-generation AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Agentic AI technologies. This executive leadership role will be responsible for defining the AI roadmap, establishing enterprise AI governance, building high-performing AI engineering teams and accelerating AI adoption across the organization.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Generative AI, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Microsoft AI technologies and cloud-native AI architectures. This leader will collaborate with executive stakeholders, business leaders and engineering teams to transform business processes through intelligent automation and AI-powered experiences.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Executive Leadership
Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Establish a multi-year roadmap for Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership to identify high-value AI use cases.
Drive AI innovation, digital transformation and business modernization.
Develop AI governance frameworks, responsible AI policies and security standards.
