We're hiring for an impact-driven community organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide tailored support, fostering a nurturing and effective learning environment for every child.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils across KS1-KS5, planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lesson progress and provide regular feedback on student development.
• Contribute to a mission of raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.
• Work flexibly to suit your schedule, with opportunities for part-time to full-time hours.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and two professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
