Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Summary

We are adding a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients in Georgia through remote mental health counseling. This position focuses on practical, consistent therapy services delivered through a secure online platform. You will help clients understand their concerns, work through challenges, build healthier coping skills, and move toward treatment goals at a realistic pace.

Location: Georgia
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Deliver virtual counseling services to individuals through telehealth appointments
  • Complete mental health assessments and review relevant client history
  • Create measurable treatment goals and update them as care progresses
  • Help clients address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma-related symptoms, grief, and relationship difficulties
  • Document each session accurately using the required clinical system
  • Provide client education around coping skills, boundaries, communication, and wellness routines
  • Follow appropriate protocols for safety concerns, crisis situations, and care coordination
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, privacy laws, and professional standards
  • Must hold an active LPC license in Georgia
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field
  • Experience providing counseling in a clinical, outpatient, private practice, or virtual setting
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide goal-focused therapy
  • Comfortable working independently while following company policies and clinical expectations
  • Strong documentation skills and reliable follow-through
  • Understanding of HIPAA, confidentiality, and ethical counseling practices
  • Must have a secure, private space for remote sessions
  • Competitive salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year
