Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Life Sciences Sales Manager to drive business growth across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, and life sciences organizations. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the life sciences industry and a proven track record of selling technology solutions, engineering services, digital transformation services, or staffing solutions to life sciences customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical devices, and healthcare organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including VP Engineering, R&D Heads, IT Directors, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
  • Drive the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop account growth strategies for existing customers while acquiring new logos.
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and presales teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections.
  • Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular updates on sales activities.
  • Stay updated on life sciences industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in the Life Sciences domain.
  • Experience selling to global pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing relationships with Life Sciences customers is a must
  • Strong understanding of the Life Sciences ecosystem
  • Responsible for new customer acquisition and grow existing customer account
  • Experience selling IT Services, Engineering Services, Digital Transformation, Clinical Solutions, or Staffing solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts and strategic customers.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
