The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Undertake the role of Site Manager, overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service orientation.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and schedule incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade, with a preference for automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork.
• Experience as a certified Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain the required Site Manager certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong PC and administrative skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently and with trust.
