Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Gather and analyze business needs and translate them into clear requirements, features, and user stories.
2. Manage and prioritize the product backlog while coordinating requirements, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
3. Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams throughout planning, development, testing, and implementation.
4. Monitor delivery progress, gather feedback, support issue resolution, and identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or related role supporting digital products and Agile delivery teams.
Technical Skills	Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Agile/Scrum, Requirements Management, Jira, Confluence, Product Analytics
Business / Domain Skills	Product Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, Business Requirements, Prioritization, Risk & Dependency Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working with enterprise digital products, financial or business applications, or complex technology environments.
2. Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe and experience supporting cross-functional delivery teams.
