The Role • Operate and monitor production machinery and systems to ensure operational targets are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production or setup processes. • Ensure adherence to high-quality standards through checklist inspections and corrective actions. • Document material, quantity, and time bookings accurately in SAP. • Support maintenance personnel with repair and upkeep tasks. • Perform routine machine maintenance as per specifications. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a packaging technologist, industrial mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification. • Relevant professional experience is desirable. • Proficiency in adhering to quality and hygiene standards. • Familiarity with SAP is a plus. • Strong German communication skills. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift or optional 4-shift system.
