The Role

• Lead and inspire a team, setting a positive example and implementing national sales concepts.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Drive sales through appealing displays, expert customer advice, and outstanding service.
• Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and contribute creative ideas.
• Manage all aspects of the department, including cost and revenue, inventory, pricing, and stock flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or relevant cross-entry experience with initial leadership in baked goods or fresh counters.
• Strong product knowledge and a keen awareness of freshness and quality.
• A solution-oriented and results-driven work approach with structured and conscientious task management.
• Excellent teamwork, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Ability to take on responsibility and contribute to departmental success.
