Scrum Lead

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead / Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with project and delivery management, ensuring successful execution of projects while driving Agile best practices, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multiple workstreams, facilitating Agile teams, mitigating risks, and driving delivery in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

• Support teams in removing impediments and improving delivery efficiency.

Project Delivery Management

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Track project progress and ensure delivery against timelines and objectives.

• Monitor project health and proactively address risks and challenges.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and delivery updates.
