SAP Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SAP Program Manager in Broomfield, CO.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving the SAP roadmap, establishing governance, influencing executive stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with experience leading enterprise ERP transformations who can operate effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, evolving processes, and significant organizational change. This role is focused on program leadership rather than tactical project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a multi-year SAP transformation roadmap consisting of multiple initiatives and workstreams
• Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, establish governance, and drive program success
• Build alignment across directors, vice presidents, business leaders, and technical teams
• Establish program operating models, reporting structures, decision-making processes, and accountability frameworks
• Drive organizational change and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, resource planning, and investment priorities
• Provide executive-level communication regarding progress, risks, recommendations, and strategic decisions
• Partner with implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise programs, ERP transformations, or modernization initiatives
• Proven experience leading SAP, ERP, or complex business transformation programs
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building governance structures and operating models

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PgMP, SAP Activate, or similar certifications
• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
• Experience leading global ERP implementations or enterprise modernization programs
• Manufacturing, technology, engineering, or regulated industry experience

Ideal Candidate:

• The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who can influence challenging stakeholders, build structure where processes are still maturing, and drive alignment across diverse business groups
• Executive presence, communication skills, leadership ability, and ERP transformation experience are critical for success in this role
• SAP experience is highly preferred; However, proven enterprise program leadership, stakeholder management, governance expertise, and large-scale ERP transformation experience are more important than deep SAP module-level configuration knowledge

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
