The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify financial needs and opportunities.
• Provide personalized advice and guidance on a range of financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, and lending.
• Support customer transaction needs and offer tailored solutions that address both sales and service requirements.
• Build new relationships within the community and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and lending policies and processes.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally with a post-secondary degree.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, solutions, retail investments, and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a strong drive for results.
• Confidence in using digital tools, social media, and mobile applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for listening, understanding customer needs, and responding creatively to challenges.
