The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks.
• Implement documentation and care planning processes.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Collaborate in the professional guidance and development of care support staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly or general nursing care.
• Additional training as a Gerontopsychiatric Nurse is beneficial (training can be completed while employed with full cost coverage).
• Genuine enjoyment of working with the elderly and those in need of care.
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
