Job description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for the business support roles (non-Game Presenter) at Evolution in the US. This position will be a point-of-contact for hiring managers and will implement effective talent acquisition plans to select top talent for open positions.

Responsibilities

Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various mediums we use
To liaise with assigned hiring managers within the company to reach talent acquisition goals
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders involved in the hiring process
Fill assigned positions within specified timeframes as set forth by manager
Carry out all tasks within the talent acquisition process
Tracking and using key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires
Screening of incoming CV’s from different sources
Setting up and attending recruitment meetings and interviews
Coordinating onboarding activities as needed for internal transfers and newcomers
Updating the internal systems
To take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment team
To push forward attraction and talent selection concepts
Build and maintain candidate pipelines to assist in succession planning efforts
Maintain effective communication - delivering clear and concise messages and listening actively
Take responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hours
Maintain the company’s employer brand, participate in job fairs, and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.

Qualification Requirements and Competences

Excellent English language proficiency
2 to 4 years of full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
Experience working with senior management roles
Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
