The Role

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within commercial sectors.
• Conduct property inspections to assess pest issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Utilize provided tools and training to explain service offerings and close sales agreements.
• Uphold the company's values of safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity, and innovation in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company paid).
• Willingness to work independently in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• No prior industry experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
