The Role

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for critical corporate positions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of recruiters.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.
