The Role

• Support the professional development and qualification of staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse in geriatric or general nursing, or as a specialist nurse.
• Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in a relevant nursing field, or at least a completed further qualification as a senior nursing specialist.
• Proficiency in IT applications.
• Strong empathy and teamwork skills.
• Confident and competent demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and other professionals.
