The Role

• Prospect and qualify leads in a defined territory through various outreach methods.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present service solutions for uniform, floor care, and restroom programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial supply or related fields.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
