Job Description

  • System support / Data Entry Exterro Fusion Legal Hold Tool
    • Exterro Projects collections metrics input after execution
    • QC of collection request submissions
    • Exterro report and query support to customers for scoping
    • Exterro error (duplicate ID remediation) after records merging occurs
  • Assistance in coordinating structured data source collections and logistics
  • Basic QC and communication of/for M365 production deliveries to eDiscovery hosting vendor
  • Legal S&O Shared Mailbox monitoring and response
    • Legal Doc Hold
    • Legal Collections
    • Records Management
  • Coordination with IT for PC and mobile device preservation
  • Records Management help
    • Abandoned Records support
    • Mergers and acquisitions support
    • Supplies requests and deliveries (internal and external)
    • Pickup requests from trial sites
    • Records retrieval requests and lookups in RIM system (KEEPit)
    • Physical records archiving requests (withdrawn personnel)
    • Coordination with Iron Mountain
  • Legal Hold obligation questionnaire and master data remediation
  • Assistance with acceptance testing, documentation, and release management
  • Overall project support
  • RFP support (application suppliers, resource/project vendors, etc.)
  • Basic Application 1st level legal user support (M365, Exterro, Legal Tracker, SHAREit,)
