Must-Have Skills:

• Experience supporting HRIS/payroll operations in complex, multi-system environments
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, system integrations, and data across HR platforms
• Ability to support large workforces and manage complex payroll requirements.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting union populations, union payroll requirements, or large multi-union workforces
• Workday experience, particularly Workday-to-Dayforce integrations.
