What you'll be doingAs a Business Analyst, you'll work across a broad portfolio of initiatives spanning Finance, Procurement, Payroll, People and Culture, and Legal.
This is a varied role that combines business analysis, project delivery and strategic problem-solving. You'll support system implementations, process improvements and business-as-usual initiatives, helping teams move from an identified need through to a practical and well-managed outcome.
Depending on the initiative, you may lead the analysis and hand over clear requirements for delivery, or take ownership of the work through to implementation.
You'll:
- Lead business analysis and delivery activities across a portfolio of corporate initiatives.
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, define business problems and shape practical solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, process changes, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- Run smaller projects or discrete workstreams from discovery through to implementation.
- Support system implementations across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Payroll, People and Culture, and Legal.
- Manage scope, priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, develop options and recommendations, and support business case and investment discussions.
- Assess impacts across process, people, data, systems, controls and operating models.
- Partner with technology, vendors, product teams and business SMEs to coordinate delivery.
- Support testing, readiness, communications, training and transition into business-as-usual operations.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and make better use of technology.
- Champion the responsible use of AI across the division, helping teams identify practical opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making and ways of working.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or Project Manager across corporate or enterprise environments.
- The ability to move comfortably between strategy, analysis and hands-on delivery.
- Experience running smaller projects or workstreams, including planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder reporting.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, options analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting system implementations and business process change.
- Confidence working across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Payroll, HR or Legal.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at both operational and senior levels.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and turn ideas into clear, achievable plans.
- Experience supporting testing, business readiness and implementation.
- A practical understanding of AI and an interest in helping teams adopt it responsibly and effectively.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in aviation, shared services, enterprise systems, transformation or technology-enabled change will be highly regarded.
