The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team colleagues.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting products attractively, baking, and operating modern checkout systems.
• Support customers in the Scan&Go zone, ensuring system functionality and providing assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake general tasks including warehouse duties, cleaning, and inventory management.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with a preference for some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead).
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, adapting to varied tasks.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
