Groundskeeper, Horticulture

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the ground\u2019s maintenance around the Casino, Parking Structures, and all parking areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\u00A0
1.\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Cleans trash/debris from around the Casino, in the Parking Structures, street, easements, and parking areas.\u202FConducts general housekeeping duties.
2.\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Operates\u202Fequipment such as auto scrubbers, bonnets, scissor lift forklifts etc.\u202FPressure washes\u202Fdriveways, walkways, columns, etc.\u202F
3.\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Paints\u202Fexterior areas as needed.\u202FGeneral Housekeeping in the Parking Structures and Facility\u202Fperimeter. Removes and replaces trash liners. Washes\u202Ftrash receptacles. Cleans\u202Fand replaces\u202Fsand in ashtrays.
4.\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Cleans any emergency accidents/spills such\u202Fas transmission\u202Ffluid, engine oil, fuel, etc.\u202FKeeps all chemicals in assigned areas with proper\u202FSafety Data Sheet (SDS)\u202Flabeling.\u202F
5.\u00A0\u00A0 \u00A0Assists\u202Fin promoting brand loyalty by engaging in exceptional customer service to both our external and internal customers.\u202F
