Job Description

We are seeking a Security Compliance Analyst II to join our dynamic team supporting data center security operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in physical security, mission-critical operations, and risk management, and a proven ability to define and drive mid-to-long term operational security strategies and outcomes relevant to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Support and improve physical security operations across data center environments.


• Oversee and coordinate guard force contracting, management, and performance.


• Manage and optimize access management systems and alarm acknowledgement and response processes.


• Lead or support incident response and management for data center security events.


• Standardize and administer secure operational processes, procedures, and playbooks.


• Drive cross-functional projects and influence partners to execute critical security initiatives.


• Support business continuity, operational continuity, and disaster recovery alignment with security requirements.


• Identify and communicate clear operational security requirements to empower execution teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field required.


• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure operations management preferred.


• Broad knowledge across physical security and risk management.


• Expertise in developing and administering secure operational processes.


• General understanding of incident response, business and operational continuity, and disaster recovery.


• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners.


• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data center security engineering and secure operations.


• Experience with process and procedure standardization and optimization at scale.

Relevant Certifications:

• CPP, PSP, PCI, CC, CISP, or comparable security certifications.
