Mercedes-Benz Digital Experience Specialist - W.I. Simonson Mercedes Benz

Join W.I. Simonson Mercedes Benz, part of the Sonic Automotive dealership group, and help Mercedes-Benz customers get the most from the technology built into their vehicles.

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for customers learning to use Mercedes-Benz digital and connected features. If you’re great with people, comfortable with smartphones and technology, and enjoy helping customers solve problems, automotive experience is not required.

Salary: $6500 / month

What You’ll Do

• Help customers set up and use the Mercedes-Benz me Connect app and connected vehicle features.

• Walk customers through account activation, vehicle pairing, navigation, remote functions, and other digital services.

• Explain technology in a simple, approachable way for customers of all experience levels.

• Troubleshoot common app, account, Bluetooth, connectivity, and activation issues.

• Partner with Sales and Service teams to support customers during vehicle delivery and throughout ownership.

• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz technology, software, and digital features.

• Deliver the polished, personalized customer experience expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience in automotive, hospitality, retail, wireless/mobile, technology, luxury sales, or a similar customer-facing environment.

• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, Bluetooth, and everyday technology.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Patient and confident working with customers who have different levels of technical experience.

• Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple customer interactions.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Saturday availability | Sundays off
