• SCHEDULE: Full-time | Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. Sunday and Monday off. | Availability to be on call.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Chief Building Engineer, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
• Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Assist with HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
• Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
• Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
• Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
• Serve as backup support to the Chief Building Engineer when required.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of property/building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.
