Location: Austin, TX
Facility: Good Health Solutions Center
Department: Central Monitoring
Schedule: Full time, Day shift | 3-12 hour shifts per week
- Cardiac Pattern Surveillance: Oversee continuous telemetric monitoring to accurately track, analyze and interpret complex cardiac rhythms and heartbeat variations.
- Clinical Records Documentation: Document irregular rhythms, measure baseline intervals and maintain precise logs of all electrocardiogram changes for patient medical charts.
- Critical Care Communication: Forward real-time rhythm modifications and life-threatening arrhythmias immediately to the primary nurse or attending physician for swift clinical analysis.
- Equipment & Supply Management: Maintain advanced telemetry monitoring equipment, troubleshoot technical issues and manage a robust supply inventory to ensure uninterrupted patient safety.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Preferences:
- Previous telemetry experience desired
