Job Description 

·       We are currently seeking a highly motivated “Data Conversion Validator (PeopleSoft to Workday)” to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess “PeopleSoft, Workday, SQR, Data migration, ETL tools, Cybersecurity , Identity management, Data Conversion Validator” with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Required experience and qualifications:

84 months of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for Budget and Finance.                                      

·       7 Years of experience optimising SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.                                   

·       7 Years of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.

·       7 Years of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.

·       7 Years of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.

·       7 Years of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes and procedures.

·       7 Years of experience working collaboratively with various technical teams (but not limited to) such as peoplesoft, Workday, database administrators, and cybersecurity analysts to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
