The Opportunity
Ulteig is seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineering Interns to join our Renewables team for the 2027 summer season. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting electrical engineering projects while working alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals. The intern will assist with engineering calculations, drawings, design studies, and other project deliverables supporting renewable energy projects.

Ulteig is seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineering Interns to join our Renewables team for the 2027 summer season. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting electrical engineering projects while working alongside experienced engineers and technical professionals. The intern will assist with engineering calculations, drawings, design studies, and other project deliverables supporting renewable energy projects.
What You'll Do
- Support electrical engineers and engineering technicians on renewable energy projects
- Assist with electrical engineering calculations, drawings, design studies, and technical documentation
- Learn and utilize engineering software such as CAD, EasyPower, ETAP, and PSS E to support electrical system design and analysis
- Compile and analyze technical data to support engineering evaluations and project deliverables
- Collaborate with project teams and other internal resources to support client needs
- Gain exposure to client interaction and, where appropriate, marketing, sales, and business development activities
What You'll Gain

What We Expect from You
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least two years of coursework completed
- Prior experience or coursework in electrical power systems is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to work full-time during Summer 2027
- Potential to continue internship through the school year based on performance and business needs
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
