Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Head of Technology - Gaming Operations, you will lead end-to-end service delivery across gaming technology platforms. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

• Drive end-to-end service delivery across gaming technology platforms
• Lead major incident coordination and service restoration activities
• Produce operational reporting and actionable service insights
• Partner with business, technical teams and external vendors
• Embed continual improvement across service management processes
• Support new venue and loyalty capability implementations

What you'll need to succeed

You are a proactive service delivery professional who enjoys being close to the action. You combine operational expertise with strong relationship skills and are comfortable working across both business and technology environments.

• Experienced in managed services and internal technology environments
• Strong capability across information technology service management practices
• Proven ability coordinating major incidents and service outcomes
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Experience managing vendors, service levels and performance
• Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
