Job Description:

We are hiring a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant for a long-term ERP finance transformation engagement with Coforge. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in D365 Finance implementation, configuration, and financial process optimization.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• 12+ years of ERP consulting experience, including 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 F&O).

• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.

• Experience with ERP implementation, finance transformation, and business process design.

• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

• Experience integrating D365 Finance with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing modules.

• Hands-on experience with data migration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and financial reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, or Consumer Products.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Electronic Reporting (ER), DMF, RSAT, Azure DevOps, and Dual-write integrations.
