Java Developer (Exp-8 Years) with DevOps Exp-Full Time-Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong DevOps and OpenShift experience to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, JPA, multithreading, design patterns, and OpenShift, along with experience working with CI/CD and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Apply appropriate design patterns, multithreading, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Develop persistence layers using JPA/Hibernate.
• Work with various Spring modules including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Perform technical impact analysis and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and technology partners.
• Develop unit and integration tests and ensure high-quality code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Deploy and support Java applications in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Support build and deployment automation using DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
• Research and adopt new technologies as required by the project.

Required Technical Skills

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns.
• Experience with Multithreading and Concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and Java collections.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with OpenShift.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
