The Role

• Oversee daily janitorial operations and management of a premier client account.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 20+ onsite employees, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Conduct regular safety training and audits to maintain a secure work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Inspect completed work and conduct building inspections to meet quality standards.
• Manage supply orders and maintain awareness of labor budgets for the assigned site.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing frontline employees.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates in job roles and safety procedures.
• Confidence in self and others, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
