The Role

• Receiving, classifying, and prioritizing request and incident tickets.
• Providing 1st and 2nd level support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Assisting with IT projects.
• Maintaining and documenting the knowledge base.
• Resolving issues or escalating them to appropriate teams.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed IT-related vocational training or equivalent.
• Prior experience in 1st and 2nd level support is advantageous.
• Fluent German communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a focus on quality.
