Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end construction execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction progress.
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and vendor performance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and monitor cost, quality, and productivity metrics.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Drive compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at site.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and project management teams for issue resolution.
  • Track project risks, delays, and deviations and implement mitigation plans.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and approvals.
  • Prepare periodic MIS, progress reports, and management updates.
  • Lead project handover, snag closure, and defect liability management.
Desired Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in construction/project execution of large-scale real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, contracts, cost management, and quality systems.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
