UX Researcher (II)

Pay Range: $90 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative user research studies, both remotely and in person.
• Manage student engagement programs and advisory boards.
• Design and facilitate empathy-building sessions and participatory co-design workshops.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform product design and development.
• Communicate research outcomes to cross-functional teams through reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with research vendors and stakeholders to support educational product development.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience integrating user research into product design.
• Experience with qualitative research methods, analysis techniques, and educational products.
• Experience managing research vendors, with strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
