ALM tool expert
5+ years of experience in OpenText ALM Quality Center administration and test management support.
Strong expertise in Test Plan, Test Lab, Releases & Cycles, Requirements Traceability, Defect Management, and Dashboard Reporting.
Experience in bulk data uploads, mass updates of test instances, tester assignments, execution scheduling, Excel integrations, and OTAAPI-based automation.
Ability to troubleshoot ALM configuration, user access, workflow customization, project setup, and performance issues.
