NEW PROJECT MANAGER JOB IN CAMBRIDGE


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing Programme Management team within a highly technical engineering and manufacturing environment.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on technically complex projects and bringing multidisciplinary teams together to deliver innovative RF, microwave and mmWave hardware products for demanding applications across sectors including space, defence, aerospace and communications.


Job requirements of the Project Manager in Cambridge:

  • Managing projects throughout the full product lifecycle, including KO, PDR, CDR, MRR and TRR stages.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and milestones.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Producing project reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Leading customer meetings, programme reviews and project discussions.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring effective communication across all areas of the project.


Requirements as a Project Manager in Cambridge :

  • Proven Project Management experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience delivering complex hardware products from development through to production and customer delivery.
  • Experience working across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
