Business Analyst

Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a collaborative team on a contract basis. This position will partner closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Salesforce and nCino, along with the ability to support agile planning, documentation, and ongoing process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with business partners to identify goals, capture needs, and clarify functional expectations. Convert business input into organized requirements, user stories, and supporting documentation for delivery teams. Refine and manage the requirements backlog to keep work items current, well-defined, and ready for development. Contribute to prioritization conversations by evaluating business value, urgency, and implementation considerations. Administer and update the Salesforce and nCino SharePoint repository to ensure materials remain accurate and accessible.

Collaborate closely with experienced business analysis and scrum team members to support agile ceremonies and day-to-day delivery activities. Review existing documents and workflows to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved alignment. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to promote shared understanding throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements
Hands-on business analysis experience with a strong focus on requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. Proven working knowledge of Salesforce and nCino in a business or systems analysis environment.

Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining business documentation, user stories, and related artifacts. Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices, including backlog refinement and support for prioritization activities. Ability to analyze business processes and translate findings into clear, structured requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams. Proficiency in document review and maintaining organized project or platform-related information repositories. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
